This was painful to read. Halfway through, I almost put the book down, but I pushed through—partly to give it the benefit of the doubt and partly so I could leave an honest review.
Not only is the writing weak, but the book is also packed with pseudoscience and woo-woo claims. The author throws around terms like “toxins,” “water memory,” and “alkalization” without providing any real scientific backing—just his personal beliefs and anecdotes. It reads more like a collection of wellness buzzwords than a credible guide to health.
If you’re looking for evidence-based health advice, this isn’t it.
