The Killing Grounds by Joan Tierney

Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.
I literally haven't read a page of this since July, so I think it's time to admit I've given up on it. The opening was so weird, and I just didn't really get it. There seemed like an abrupt change in who everyone was between chapters 1 and 2. And even though I could see interesting things were happening, I definitely did not care. This book has an audience, but it is not me.
