epilieaspiechick 's review for:
Words on Bathroom Walls
by Julia Walton
My full review can be found on the Epilie Aspie Chick blog!
This book is a total gut punch. Not because it's awful, but because it tells the story of neurological disorders well. I don't have schizophrenia, but I do have epilepsy and I feel Adam on so many levels. The medications trap you in your body, you're scared of what people think of you, you're tired of talking about how you feel about it.
It hit close to home. This makes me want to write my epilepsy novel again... hahaha!
