Story: 2/5 (It was okay)
So this ended up not being what I was expecting. Maybe I’m just too used to long books, but this felt like a short story. And I’m sensing from the chapter sample of the next book that each book is about different people. Ugh.
It was fine. A bit cheesy at parts and everything that happened seemed to be really fast. The problem arose and was resolved quickly. New problem, new quick resolution... and on and on. It was weird.
I guess I’ll try the next one to see if I really want to read the entire series. I mean, I bought the box set so I have them.
