I thoroughly enjoyed this book - one of those books that I was searching for any spare five minutes to read. For sentimental reasons, I would have liked more exploration / interweaving of the Pearl poem, but I loved how much Gawain featured. I was surprisingly emotional at the last few pages, especially considering I do not think it was difficult to anticipate where the closing discussion was going.
