You'd Be Home Now by Kathleen Glasgow

This book. It really made me re-look a lot of things in my life. My uncle used a lot of drugs and he lived with us for a while. He ended up being kicked out for mine and my brothers safety. My brothers both have some sort of addiction to something. I am that sister who has to watch this happen to the people I love. Emmy's point of view with going through this, not feeling loved, watching her brother suffer, her issues with her family. I relate to it so much. I don't think I'll ever love a book as much as I loved this one. This book made me cry more times than I can count, But it still had aspects that make me happy even thinking about it. I'm so glad I got to read this book.
