Imagine that every 12 years, you would forget everything. Who you are, what you've done, all gone. For the residents of Canaan, this is their reality, and the only way to survive The Forgetting is to document everything in books and carry the knowledge with you everywhere. Nadia is the exception. When everyone else forgets, she remembers. And she may pay for those memories with her life.
My Thoughts:
Cool premise. I actually didn't guess where the book was heading for much if the story and was pleasantly surprised by the twist. I liked this one a lot. Good story that kept my interedt.
