This book is so average. It basically tells teachers to always be positive and they will have a great impact on students. There are a few pieces of advice that I think are useful for all teachers, but a lot of the suggestions can only work for certain teachers. This book says that sarcasm should not be used by teachers, but I know many teachers who can effectively use sarcasm to help their classes. At least this book is an attempt to help teachers, but I think you should take the advice with a grain of salt.
