Such an emotional rollercoaster.

These guys are idiots when it comes to matters of the heart. Then again, after learning what we do about them - Patrick in particular - it makes sense. Love these guys.

Throughout much of the book, I felt like I was on the edge. No action, some internal drama, but that feeling that something was about to happen was there throughout. Part of the big hook was everything going on with Patrick, how hard it was accept and then getting hurt as a result.

The ending was perfect, of you - this is a romance novel after all - but the getting there is what makes it so sweet.

There is one thing I didn't care for and it also appeared in another book from this genre, also written by a woman. Both of you were clearly influenced by Fifty Shades of Grey in at least some respects. I'd rather that get left out. That said, it plays a very minor part and the power dynamic (presumed, since I never read/watched it) is absent. That was Ryan's thing, not Patrick's.
