Downtown Owl by Chuck Klosterman

3.0

It had Klosterman's writing style, for sure, and there were plenty of odd insights about mid to late 80's rural life (which is his forte), but at the end of it all, it seemed a bit aimless and hollow. And the ending? Kind of an odd way to end the book. If you're a Klosterman fan, it's obviously a must read, but if you are looking to experience his work, I'd start elsewhere.
