this was one of my most anticipated reads, i'd heard such amazing things but just kept putting off reading it but i wish i read it sooner! when you have high expectations for a book, there's always the worry that it won't live up to the hype, but this really did. i wasn't disappointed at all.
i completely ate this up, vampires, politics, tension, spice, betrayal, what more could you want?
oraya is THAT girl. i love her, i want to be her.
and RAIHN OMG. new book boyfriend, completely obsessed with him and i need more.
i did have a hunch about how this was going to end but i still absolutely devoured it. i'm so excited to see how the second book plays out. highly recommend to any romantasy fan.
