I so enjoyed the ride of this book! The concept is unique and interestingly explored, and V.E. Schwab's fantastic writing makes you feel something for all the characters—even though they're all quite questionable—while you're flying through the chapters. And I loveeeee the Eli/Victor dynamic.

If I had one complaint, I would've appreciated a bit more exposition during the college years to really flesh out the characters even more. But based on how much fun I had with this book I literally immediately went out and bought the sequel so....
