I went into this book expecting a time travel story, based on the description I read, and instead it was a romance novel. Which could have still been enjoyable, except I also really didn't like the male protagonist or the weirdly angry and possessive dynamic between him and the much younger female protagonist. It just wasn't for me, but I was curious enough about how it would resolve that I at least finished it.
