Other Ever Afters: New Queer Fairy Tales by Melanie Gillman

adventurous hopeful reflective fast-paced

Read a copy of this at work during some downtime and I'll definitely be recommending it going forward. An interesting collection of queer, feminist fairy tales that seeks to break the trend of fairy tales always involving subjugated, oppressed women who don't actually "win" but just get a fancy castle as a new prison. The art is excellent. Very bright, colorful and eye catching and I loved each of the different fairy tales.
