Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky

5.0

I personally loved how Dostoyevsky described the thoughts of a criminal in this book. His narrative skills are complex and might not be for everyone. It takes a lot of time and effort to understand every secret symbol or personality, but in the end it's worth it.Even though the time period was around 19th century, the human nature didn't change that much. It's sad and also interesting to see how a person can deteriorate while living in misery and how family/friends can change that.
