暁のヨナ 1 [Akatsuki no Yona, Vol. 1]
by Mizuho Kusanagi, 草凪みずほ
I stumbled upon the anime adaptation of Akatsuki no Yona and binged all 24 episodes in a weekend. I couldn't wait to find out what happened next, so I decided to tackle the manga and in typical completionist mode, I'm starting at the beginning.
Since I already know what's going to happen (and the anime was a surprisingly accurate adaptation, I would say 90% of it is exactly the same), I don't want to say too much in my early reviews, but I adore this series.
There are lots of great characters and I'm finding it the perfect mix of serious, witty and ridiculous. Definitely glad I found this series!
