Eric Rex The Monsters of Otherness by Kaza Kingsley

I like the mc Erec Rex and how he has twelve quests to fulfill (like Hercules) in order to become king. There's definitely a lot of action and adventure, but it was easy for me to predict who the villians were and solve some of the puzzles. There were some interesting twists and turns to this story, though and I look forward to finding out more about Erec's past history.
