4 out of 5 stars. This book was right up the romance alley I have been stewing in. Two people who end up as your main characters learn to deal with their pasts to move forward. The main character Ali was well written as a strong survivor who overcompensated for her past with her ex-husband. The male main character Sam struggled to be open and honest with Ali. The conflicts were very much real-life issues. It was lovely to see the end of the book. The story was very uplifting and proved that love can conquer all. The main characters had amazing chemistry.
