I'm not usually a short story girl, but I love the You series so much so I knew I needed to pick this up. I am so glad I did, because in terms of short stories - this was perfect! It's written in the exact same style, so it's very intimate, like you are in the main character's head. I wouldn't really say it's a thriller like the You books are, though. It definitely leans more fiction and explores topics like womanhood and human nature in a subtle way. I really liked how it was kind of a cautionary tale of always thinking the grass is greener on the other side - definitely an interesting concept!
