hausofcarol 's review for:
Daisy Jones & The Six
by Taylor Jenkins Reid
i read this book after reading "the seven husbands of evelyn hugo".
for that reason, i had super high expectations for this book and i eventually got disappointed... daisy jones compared to evelyn hugo is such a flop.
i felt like something was missing, the plot barely changed.
honestly, what "saved" the book was the revelation at the end, i was not expecting that at all and i remember putting the book away for 5 mins because i was so shocked.
if you've read tshoeh you'll probably get disappointed reading this one, because the story is not as interesting and as intense, but i still think it's worth giving it a try.
