Chi ha peccato by Anna Bailey

My god this book was full of terrible people. It reminded me a bit of sharp objects and the lottery, just as twisted. But we love the southern gothic feel of it.
The first hundred pages were a bit slow and I don’t think Emma worked well as a protagonist, she felt too much YA like.
On the other side Noah and Dolly were amazing characters to follow although terribly flawed human beings and I’m quite happy that at least for them we got some kind of happy ending.

SPOILERS !!!
this thing that Abigail didn’t die doesn’t sit well with me. She should have died like a scared little girl who suffered terribly and not end up being mythologised as some kind of maniac pixie dream girl.
