bibliophilebynight 's review for:
The King
by J.R. Ward
We are back at the beginning in this book with the most current story about the two original characters of this series - Wrath and Beth! Warden is at her finest in this book as the plot thickens in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series!
Ohhhhhh man the ending though!
The only thing I have an issue with in this book is that J. R. Ward has divided the book up and has multiple couple story lines in one book. Come on Ms Ward - I only wanted Wrath and Beth in this book!
For those who aren't familiar with the series - it's basically about bad ass, rap listening vampires that protect the human race by killing their enemies the lessers...please don't take that as the whole story because IT'S SO MUCH MORE but I don't want to spoil too much of it for you...just Google it!
I love, love, love this series and can't wait till the next book comes out. This book is a great addition to the Blackdagger Brotherhood series and I can't wait to see how the story evolves from here...
