Ann Veronica by H.G. Wells

3.0

I'm usually quite glad when I've finished a book, because I'm proud I made it through another one. I'm unusually happy I've finished Ann Veronica. I feel weird about this book, because I really liked it but at the same time I didn't. Basically, whenever I wasn't reading I thought I didn't enjoy this book, but when I was reading I was over and over again suprised by how much I liked it. London in the early 20th century, the feminist movements, it was al very interesting. Ann Veronica is a very readable classic with a main character I couldn't connect to very much because I usually didn't understand her, but with a wonderful paragraphs and inspiring messages.
