Oh boy this was a ride! It was campy and ridiculous and utterly great!! It was so full of humor and I just want to read it again and again because it puts a smile on my face.

Don't go into this book expecting some deep, emotional, or even realistic novel about breakups and consequences. It's a comedic book and the way Joey and Gia interact is very scripted but utterly hilarious. I love their dynamic, it's them two against the world always and forever, and they are honestly just such a good time.

There were some more serious moments, with Joey realizing that both he and Gia only choose guys that are bad for them because they don't think they deserve love but by the end they both try to love themselves a little more and let certain people into their bubble. It's very sweet and I love the growth of the characters. It was still funny while being serious and I appreciated that in the book.

This is the type of book to get you out of a slump (ignoring the fact that I went into a reading slump after reading this but that was because of life, not the book). It's easy and fun and so damn entertaining that you could read it in one sitting. I really loved this book and wish it got more attention.
