inspiring reflective slow-paced

Was not impressed. As many other reviews state, it should be retitled as “list essays” about inspiring life ideas. Most of the essays are more bullet point lists. The concepts can be intriguing but fall flat and are contradictionary (for example, it is mentioned on multiple occasions not to catastrophize, but then also recommended to “think through worst case scenarios”). It also assumes the reader is a very certain type of privileged probably white person in their 20s.

There are a few good nuggets but overall one has to extract them from a lot of repetitive and hypocritical superficiality that makes grandiose statements as if they are Truth.
