All I Want for Christmas Is a Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks

I normally do not read a series out of order, but this was recommended by @bandherbooks (twitter) and the esteemed David Duchoveny the Spoopy Chaise Skeleton, so how could I not?
And as promised by DDTSCK, it WAS the perfect book to transition from Spooktober reading to the holiday reading season.
It did take me a bit to get the hang of the world that was built, seeing as how I jumped into the middle of a series, but the author did a good job giving brief context to situations specific to this universe.
I'm definitely going to need to go start back at book 1 and read the rest.
