Man's Search for Meaning
by Viktor E. Frankl
This book is divided up into two parts. The first part recounts some of Frankl’s experiences in the concentration camps during WWII while the second part talks about his logo therapy that evolved from his experiences. Honestly, I found the first half much more interesting. While the second part reads more like a textbook, I found it to be a little dated but certainly appreciate the roots from which his therapy was created.
