When in Rome by Sarah Adams

2.0

Read two Sarah Adams romances in a row and I think I've hit my limit...although I really love Audrey Hepburn and one of my favorite movies is Roman Holiday, I didn't really like the "modern romcom cutesy spinoff version". The plot was very predictable and the two characters have too much repetitive inner turmoil of to be or not to be, so it kinda broke my brain. He is reluctant to commit to a long distance relationship, she is reluctant to leave behind her stardom. But we know that compromises are going to be made, it just takes 100 pages for them to get there. The characters are not particularly that likable or memorable, and like all Adams books, there is NO SPICE!
