Absolutely ridiculous and over the top. Did I read it all? Yes. Will I read the next one? Likely.
It was hard to suspend my disbelief, accept the choices of the main character at times, and ignore some of the more outrageous parts, but that’s the joy of fantasy romance. I don’t read them for life advice or to reflect on myself.
