Sam fell in love with the guy next door named Jase. He is part of the Garret family which Sam's mother frowns upon. The Garret's have 8 kids and Sam's mother does not like them at all even though they are neighbors. Sam has been watching the Garret's for years from her bedroom balcony. One night Jase climbs up to her balcony and they become friends and they go to the park another time and kissed and made out. They became boyfriend and girlfriend, but Sam had to keep Jase from her mother because she would not approve. But then she found and she was not very happy. But Sam went out with Jase anyway. And they lost their virginity together after buying condoms together. They become in love and then one night Sam's mom accidetaly ran over Mr. Garret after having too many glasses of wine. She left the scene and Sam found out and wanted to tell Jase, but instead Clay tucker, Mom's younger campiagn manager and new boyfriend, told her to break up Jase or else. And she did and they got back together when she finally told him and he forgave her and they lived Happily Ever After.
