The Dream Job by Kiersten Modglin

3.0

3.5 ⭐️ I listened to the audiobook and thought the narrator did a great job with all of the different voices and accents. The story itself was good, but not great. There were parts that seemed very repetitive, (the question and answer sessions after each meal, the word “belly” is used way too often.) There were also a lot of descriptive details that could have been omitted, (what each character is wearing, what they’re eating, what makeup Lark is wearing, etc.) Overall though this was a unique story that kept me guessing, and I was surprised and satisfied with how it all wrapped up in the end.
