Did not anticipate that an adult/minor relationship would be a central focus of the book, I considered DNFing because of it but it was a quick read so I just finished it. Some parts just didn’t even make sense.
I mean, someone had been clocked with a frying pan and strangled, then buried in the dirt and we can just expect her to dig herself out and not require immediate medical attention??? And the epilogue ruined the one potentially good character.
