The characters were very well developed and 3-dimensional in their wants and motivations, which i really liked. While the magic that Luzia had wasn't really explained, it didn't have to be to make the story feel coherent. The only thing that I didn't like was that the first half felt disjointed from the second. The
plot twist
was one good new thing, but it was so many different pieces of new info that it felt like we were in a different story, or at least that the story should have started differently. I also really liked the end, but we never figure out how
Luzia is bringing Santángel back to life every morning or how they both turned immortal.
Idk maybe I'm just too dense to pick it up if they did say it lol.
