The Perfect Catch
by Meghan Quinn
Well ladies and gentlemen Meghan Quinn has done something that I didn’t think was possible, but she shocked me! There I was reading and loving this story as I do all of the Locker Room Boys stories and BAM ! Straight out of left field... well actually not really left field but anyway, she got me!!
I have a love/hate relationship with Meghan Quinn, I LOVE her writing, her stories are so engaging and her characters are always more than what you think, but I HATE that I read them so quickly and then they are over. I tried to savor this one, but to no avail I devoured the words and didn’t want to leave the world of the Chicago Bobbies!!
Walker and Kate are amazing, I loved being able to experience their story.
As with all Meghan Quinn stories, you get emotionally charged scenes, steamy blushworthy scenes and genuine character relationship scenes that have nothing to do with the H&h relationship. You get to see the bonds between the teammates and co-workers too. Kate’s friendship with Vivian, and Walker’s with Ryot make this story even more enjoyable.
This is a part of a interconnected series of books and characters but it can totally be read as a stand alone. Just whatever you do, read it! It is just that good!
