Cassandra tells a wonderful story from her childhood to where she is today, not only covering her time as Elvira but also what it was like to grow up as a teen in th  60s, the wild things she got up to chasing musicians, the endless people she met who would go on to become stars in their own right. Her story is so outlandish that you might stop to think 'there's no way all of this is true!' but really, we should all feel blessed to be able to look into this amazing woman's colourful life.

Highly recommended if you love to peek into the lives of fascinating people, and told in a light-hearted fashion so that even when the book touches on grave subjects such as sexual assault it feels like she's guiding you carefully through it without downplaying the gravity of the issues.
