Definitely my least favourite of the more famous Austen’s and you can tell it was an earlier novel before she found her stride. An enjoyable read but the themes felt a bit muddy at times and it felt like she didn’t have a proper ending planned from the start. And Edward sucked as a leading man. Cowardly and weak but worst of all, a boring cunt.
