What did I just read and how do I get more of it?! I didn’t know it was possible to go from giggling and kicking my feet to holding my breath and internally screaming all at the same time. But I loved every moment of this emotional roller coaster!
This is the pinnacle of romantic suspense, where each is there in equal measure and instead of fighting against each other they work together in perfect harmony. I absolutely devoured this book, and have so much love for Anson and Rho (and Biscuit). Seeing them open up and fight for each other even when life got brutal was amazing to see. I can’t wait for the rest of the series, though my heart might need a break 😅
