I'm discovering something that surprises me a little, and it's this: the things that are most meaningful and personal to me, are often also the things that are hardest for me to talk about. Words seem like not enough and too much all at once.
That's why this book is so amazing, because even though our struggles and sorrows are very different on the surface, I kept reading this and thinking she gets it.
That's also why this review is going to be very short. This book will stay with me a while. I'm grateful that it exists, and happy that I bought it for myself last Christmas on a whim. I can already tell that this is one I will keep on my shelf abd revisit again and again.
