A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

adventurous slow-paced

I've been following the hype of this book series and I finally got curious enough to pick it up.
I had heard so many amazing things and how it's so spicy and all that.
I got to the first spicier scene and almost snoozed 😂
The writing was a little, I don't know the best way to describe it. Like the writer was telling you a scene, rather than describing and letting you use your imagination if that makes sense.
Characters were also very little going on with them personality wise.

But all in all, it wasn't that bad. I'm told the next books get better and I'm also invested on seeing more Rhysand, he was the saving grace for me. He's not a nice person but he's a lot more complex than the others.
