At the start I thought it was very cliché and I kept reading because well... I like this kind of cliché from time to time. But the further I got, the more I got sucked into the story. The ending was a strong one though.
It didnt reach four stars for me, because I have a couple of issues with the story.
1. They're all 15, but one Idol is full of tattoos and a freaking rockstar. Even Justin Bieber didn't pull that shit off.
2. Theres a no-die-your-hair rule, in which Marnye later breaks without anyone give her shit for
3. Marnye's trust is stupid and shes pretty dumb and easily manipulated which is weird with her past and she would have to have some knowledge about bullying.
4. Why are 15 year olds ripped for gods sake...
5. I don't think Miranda and Marnye are bffs even though its mentioned multiple times.
The only problem is, I got sucked in and need to know how it ends. So we're going to read part 2... *sigh*
