Loved Alicia's approach to living a healthy lifestyle. I don't necessarily agree that going vegan/macrobiotic is for everyone - but I do think that reducing dairy/animal-based/processed food consumption is a great lifestyle change that anyone can make. In addition to great information, Alicia shares some of her favorite recipes. I haven't had time to try any of them yet, but I'm looking forward to experimenting with them soon!
