How how I loved thee. This would have been a 5 star read from me, but 3 things bothered me
I am not a stickler on grammar, punctuation, or minor editing errors. 75% of the time I am so involved in the story that I don't even notice them. Did I pick up on anything in here? Nope.
Alli is a Fayte banished from Faerie due to his sexual orientation. Yeah, I know, you'd figure being paranormal those things wouldn't bother people, but apparently homophobia is everywhere. He's so magical that his magic overflows and thus causes destruction here on Earth. When in Faerie his magic was absorbed in the land making their plants very "happy". Earth, however, caused him to be the world's unluckiest fairy/guy there is. Klutz doesn't even begin to describe it, but luckily it only happens on Friday;s :) He's a florist and owns his own shop, Flora. Flora is his sanctuary. He feels at home there and doesn't feel the homesickness as much.
Michael, is trying to get away from his bear shifting family. He needs space so he decides to buy a hunting cabin in the middle of nowhere. He has no plans to hunt, but he'll be safe to shift and roam. On his way to his cabin he sees a truck coming towards a red-head and immediately tries to save him. Little did he know that the guy he saved would change his life. Michael is a good natured sort of guy, laid back, gentle, placid, etc. Took a lot of rile him up, but when you did...
Michael knows he wants to get to know Alli more, but realizes that Alli is skittish. He slowly gets Alli to come around, yet, Alli still keeps him at arms length--and he calls Michael stubborn! When Alli is threatened Michael pulls out all the stops. Alli doesn't seem to like that much, but Michael won't take any chances.
I want to know more about Chris. There's something about him that appeals to me and I want to know more :) Tristan, too, but I see he has his own book!!!
I want to move to Putnam County!

1. I wanted a fight with Bruce or at least Tristan shifted somewhere in this book. 2. The big blowout was boring at the end. I wanted there to be more danger. 3. I wanted more of the bad luck Friday's.
