I freakin LOVED IT. I felt so included lmao. The book does its job in the sense that I felt the atmosphere and I felt like I was there. The whole music thing made me feel super connected and I just loved Fiona and Max.

Fiona was an awesome heroine. She was a combination of a bunch of things and I loved it. Max was such a hottie and a softie. I fell for both HARD.

That beginning whewww!! They had a lot of chemistry and even though this is kind of insta-lovey (2 weeks) it didn’t feel that short. I loved the secondary characters because they were THERE. They weren’t forgotten and they added the home spice to it.

My only complaint was how the conflict was resolved. I kinda wish Fiona hadn’t done that, but like it was just so her. Still... Max lost points there, just a bit. Also, Fiona complained a lot about her family and it felt a bit repetitive.

I really liked how they talked things and it felt matured how they realized some issues they had. It felt appropriate to their age, thank god.

But yeah, LOVED IT. I had a great fucking time and I’m gonna be reading more of this author.

P.S. Pop stole my heart, I love him so fcking much
