I wanted to like this book with all its pirates of the Caribbean feel but I just didn't like the story. 
The amount of times we thought someone was dead only for them to be alive was repetitive. 
I agree with other reviews that I wouldn't necessarily call this a steamy book. Maybe with all the hardcore smut books out there I'm becoming immune. There was a few detailed make out scenes but other then that nothing.
