no but on more serious note, this spin of dracula's brides is really good--granted yes i havent read many, but this is my favorite so far. it's a really good story that deals with abusive relationship and power dynamics, and how the victim regains back their footing and deals with their abuser.
i really love how the book started with.
honestly there are so many things i really like and find worked really well in this book, but as usual my brain shuts down after reading a good story and forgets everything lol.
the only reason why it's 1 star less is because the ending is too abrupt for me. personally i would like to see more on.
[⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️]

constanta's voice on the night of the murder, and how it proceeded to take us back to how it all started. the short little 'stops' of chapters throughout the book with constanta's thoughts on the present time/leading up on the night of the murder are also really good. they all work really well in cultivating the story and its message--in delivering what the story wants to tellhonestly there are so many things i really like and find worked really well in this book, but as usual my brain shuts down after reading a good story and forgets everything lol.
