This is an enjoyable book that does exactly what it promised. I received the book as a free ARC from a Goodreads giveaway. It is William Shatner, in his voice, discussing some of the hardest things that it can take years to know. In the very beginning, he promises that this is not a book of advice and while it isn't, one can take his anecdotes and stories and the advise to hopefully live long and prosper as he has. If you are interested in Shatner in anyway, it is a good read.
