I overall really enjoyed the book and completely understand the fear of not meeting your parents expectations and falling off your “path” of things. I feel like the characters diversity could have been built out a little more, you know there’s a lot of queer characters but don’t know many details about them.
I understand why grace thought it would be a good idea to just turn off her phone to focus on making sure she gets better, but it was so selfish of her. Agnes just found out she was diagnosed with BPD and wanted support. Yuki went from having her loving wife at home for once she got off work, but one day the wife is gone and can’t get ahold of her. And grace expected everyone to just immediately be supportive of her again when she wasn’t there for anyone for the past few months.
