Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood Through Adulthood by John J. Ratey, Edward M. Hallowell

4.0

This is a decent resource although it contains some dated language. Don’t feel compelled to read it from cover to cover. Use the table of contents to find what you need. It covers child and adult ADHD, signs and symptoms, treatments, biology, etc. Depending on what you know or what you want to learn, you can skip sections. I found the chapter on subtypes and the the one on treatment particularly interesting.
