Rock Chick Rescue by Kristen Ashley

4.0

Light and full of action, this is the story of shy, dependable Jet and tough, competent Eddie.

Jet starts out with a lot of issues, an inferiority complex, abandonment issues and too many responsibilities with little support. She thinks she has to take care of everything by herself and has trouble letting people help her, even when she really needs it. She is obstinate and hard-headed and leads Eddie on a merry chase.

Eddie on the other hand is determined and once he realizes that she's not indifferent to him he presses every advantage he has and refuses to let her push him away again.

Fast paced and featuring a number of interesting characters, this was a very enjoyable audiobook and I'm looking forward to Hank's story in the next one, [b:Rock Chick Redemption|9799572|Rock Chick Redemption (Rock Chick, #3)|Kristen Ashley|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1409609236s/9799572.jpg|14689744].
