This book lacks a strong storyline. It’s clearly for the girly, gays, and theys who just want to read their smut in peace.
For me I wanted more depth to the characters storyline so that we can feel those deep dramatic moments, where you fall in the love with the Main female or male characters, they have a emotion driven fight/misunderstanding that sends us into a montage. Then redemption is had with a thoughtful moment. I want to feel the pain the characters feel but personally I didn’t get it. It’s just very average lawyer smut
